We are a horse stable, selling and renting out horses for all disciplines. It's also possible to do private cross country lessons or show jumping clinics.
Stal Kroes is a small company in the ‘Achterhoek’ where humanity, reason and sociability are high priority. The center of this little farm is Willem Kroes who was born there. When he was 15 years old, he bought first pony. Years later more horses moved onto the farm. It appeared that Willem was not only a man with horses but a real horseman. Horses, pony’s and people all feel good in his presence and find nature, peace and space. On his 28th birthday a neighbor asked him to join a local driven hunt.
It is not necessary to mention that this was very successful since Willem has ridden about 750 hunts since.
Members of the driven hunt clubs in the Netherlands know Willem knows about good hunters. Often, horses trained or raised by him win prices at the annual championship of hunters in Soestdijk. Aside from hunters there is also a variety of sport- and recreational horses and pony’s. Whatever you are looking for. To be able to advise you when wanting to buy a horse, it is important to us to get a feeling for the kind of rider you are. On what level are you? What are your goals? Or short; what do you want to do with your horse? We would like to invite you to a cup of coffee in our patio.
